Kid's voice and fake footsteps are coming from one of two places. speakers on his body, or speakers in the helicopter.

his cloak is a problem. just like with everybody else who's a superhero wearing a cape, they're damned useless when there's any kind of wind speed. if Kid is using a specially thick and heavy fabric for his cloak with weights on the hem perhaps that would help control it. but it could still tangle with his legs, body, or the cables over his head or attached to the harness.

i don't know how Kid is making the two cables invisible. that one is above my capabilities to guess. shrug. maybe paint. i dunno.

as to adjusting the lengths of both cables in their winches? that one i don't know either.

how the butler stole the chopper and put all the equipment on it or however Kid, butler, gear, and chopper got into the area, that too is one i don't know.

but i'm only 31 minutes into the episode. :D

well that was a fun conclusion! i got the trick almost half right! :D i never thought of adoll underneath the chopper for the 2nd night. i also missed what those marks on the two buildings were for on the 1st night. but, where did the hole in the bike's gas tank come from? did Conan mistakenly shoot the tank while Kid was detaching the side-car?

hahah! so, Kid took this whole challenge hoping Conan would show up? heh! :D that's funny! i wonder how much cash Sonoko's 2nd cousin (her daddy's cousin) ended up wasting on this whole escapade?

until helicopter number 7 camera feed cut out i didn't get the trick. but i got it now. Kid is suspended from the helicopter over his head. his butler is flying the helicopter.

Kid went 'POOF' underneath the helicopter with a smoke bomb and hopped out of the chopper and appeared underneath it. there's a problem with that trick though. it. is. impossible.

i know this one for a fact because i've seen enough TV coverage of helicopter rescues by the US Coast Guard. there was even a great 'reality TV series/documentary' using ride-along cameramen on actual rescues.

if you dangle ANYTHING from a helicopter using one cable, that object will begin to rotate. it's called rotor wash turbulence. basically, a helicopter is an engine with a propeller attached to it. instead of pulling the 'plane along' or 'pushing forwards' like the propeller on the back of an air-boat the helicopter's propeller provides lift. it is pulling the helicopter UP. the air that propeller disturbs also pushes DOWN providing more lift. BUT anything UNDERNEATH that propeller gets beaten up by the wind! since it is a rotating propeller, it is a rotating wind UNDER the helicopter. this wind pushes anything dangling under the helicopter in circles.

to keep this rotor wash rotation from ruining the cable or the winch there's a special hook/attachment point at the end of the cable. it comes in two pieces. the hook and the bracket on the end of the cable. these two parts are made so the hook can spin with bearings like a car wheel on an axle. the cable won't twist, but the object under the helicopter does spin.

the only way Kid can dangle under a helicopter is using TWO cables. one on each side of the helicopter. problem is, Kid would STILL MOVE. he'd try to rotate along with the rotor wash. but the tension on the cables would keep that circular movement less noticeable than the usual rotor wash turbulence spin. also, computers and fly-by-wire systems are NOT perfect in helicopters. Kid would change elevations slightly. bobbing up and down up and down now and again. he'd also sway left and right or forwards and backwards as his chopper pilot did minor corrections with the controls. NO computer has YET EVER fully controlled a huge helicopter automatically. it can NOT be done. helicopter drones and RC models are MUCH smaller than a full sized chopper and they STILL need a remote pilot to adjust them.

Also just the ed playing soft calming music in background as Conan commits the attepted murder of Kaitou KID kills me, it's too funny.

I love sonokos uncle, doesn’t sound like the best friend but he is just a good vibe.

Conan almost killed Kid, doesn't matter if he was sure he's going to get out of it in time, it still was incredibly dangerous.

I don’t understand the trick but it’s funny nonetheless 🤣

He appeared on wires that have retractable hooks to look stable, he then pulled them back when he started walking and hanged from the helicopter. He hid the shaking of the helicopter walking big and small strides at a time and the wind hid the rest. Lastly the image from the 7th helicopter’s camera, which was the only angle that would show the wire, was edited using the image from the museum’s advertisement video taken prior. That’s why the camera went off when it rained, there was no video taken when it rained to edit.
